MY DEAREST FRIENDS,

I want to share with you a mental exercise that helped me improve my thinking and made me a more resilient and joyful person.

The definition of SUBLIMINAL is” something that is not easily perceived, but may be also remembered due to constant repetition”.

Our brain is changing and rewiring and it takes just 21 days to create a new pattern either good or bad for our daily life.

Mostly I want to mention the positive affirmations and soothing music.

Write a quote on your mirror and say it loud anytime you look:

I AM BEAUTIFUL

MY LIFE IS ABUNDANT

I AM HAPPY

I AM HEALTHY

I AM LOVED

You can also install a pop up in your computer to appear on your screen every hour.

You will soon realize a change in your mood, decision making, and daily state of mind.

I hope this easy program will work for you and will change your life into a more meaningful one.
